MCC maintains exclusive legal control and discretion over the use of all contributed funds.

While we strive to honor alldonor designations and preferences for specific projects (such as Marine Mammal monitoring or Restoration Structures),by making a donation, you understand and agree that if a program is

fully funded, or if it becomes unnecessary or impractical to use the funds for their original purpose, we have

the right to redirect those funds to another criticalprogram need, or to the general support of our mission.​
